At Tuel Skincare, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on new or gently used products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid return shipping label and attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
